 The opinion or doctrine that every thing in nature is ordered for the best; or the order of things in the universe that is adapted to produce the most good.

My Thoughts:

I believe that optimism means seeing the good this people, life and things. I believe it means you choose to be happy. And I think that if you are going to tell yourself something negative then you catch yourself and say something positive instead. It is reminding yourself of who you are, what your divine potential is. And who you will forever be, a child of God.
